GRID Logo

GRID is an instrumental rock band from New York’s Hudson Valley. I’ve had the fun of designing most of their branding and marketing materials over the years, starting with their logo. The idea here was to design something that’d be easy to spread and recreate – something that could be scribbled on notebooks, painted with stencils or etched into desks.

As the band started producing more video content, I thought it’d be nice to have a quick animation that could flash the logo at the start of videos. I made this logo animation as a result.

After the band released their album Overlook, I designed a few badges to use as needed across the new album-related marketing assets.
